5. Content Providers, Verification & Consent

Where persons provide, upload, submit, or otherwise make content available for publication on Mødmig.com, Mødmig.com requires the applicable content provider to comply with its verification and consent requirements.

Where applicable, Mødmig.com requires content providers and all persons depicted in published content to provide appropriate consent documentation and valid identification documentation to verify their identity and legal age.

Mødmig.com may retain such verification and consent documentation for compliance, legal, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping purposes in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Content may only be published where the applicable verification and consent requirements have been satisfied.

Mødmig.com may use human moderators and appropriate technical systems as part of its moderation procedures.

Moderators may review, manage, respond to, edit, restrict, or remove content and conversations where necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms & Conditions, protect users, comply with applicable requirements, or maintain the intended fantasy dating experience.

8. Image & Profile Content Requirements

Images uploaded or otherwise made available on Mødmig.com must comply with the following requirements.

An image may depict only the person represented by the applicable profile.

No other person may appear in an image, including:

  • People in the background;

  • People in the far distance;

  • Partially visible people;

  • People appearing incidentally in public locations.

Background persons may not be blurred, obscured, cropped, or otherwise altered as an alternative to removing the person from the image.

This requirement is intended to prevent the publication of images containing persons whose consent to the use of their likeness has not been obtained.

Where applicable, all persons depicted in published content must have provided the required consent and verification documentation.

9. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following content and activities are prohibited on Mødmig.com.

This list is not exhaustive and Mødmig.com may take action against any content or activity that violates applicable law or the purpose of these Terms & Conditions.

9.1 Underage Content

Content depicting, describing, promoting, or sexualizing:

  • Any person under 18 years of age;

  • Any person appearing to be under 18 years of age;

  • Any content intended to suggest that a person is under 18.

The use of terminology such as "teen" in connection with adult-oriented content is not permitted unless the applicable persons are clearly and unambiguously identified as being at least 18 years old and the content otherwise complies with these Terms & Conditions.

9.2 Forced or Non-Consensual Sexual Activity

Content depicting, describing, encouraging, or suggesting sexual activity without consent is prohibited.

Pets and animals may not be included in adult-oriented content.

9.4 Violence, Injury and Mutilation

The following are prohibited:

  • Extreme violence;

  • Extreme sexual violence;

  • Sexual violence;

  • Content depicting severe injuries;

  • Mutilation of a person or body part;

  • Content glorifying or promoting violent sexual activity;

  • Content involving extreme pain in a sexual context.

9.5 Blood and Menstruation

The depiction or explicit mention of blood in prohibited contexts is not permitted.

Content depicting or explicitly referring to menstrual blood or menstruation in a sexualized context is prohibited.

9.6 Scat and Fecal Matter

The depiction or explicit sexualized mention of scat, feces, or other fecal matter is prohibited.

9.7 Alcohol and Intoxicating Substances

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in content where their presence may reasonably suggest that a person depicted is consuming or participating in sexual activity while intoxicated.

Where there is reasonable doubt as to whether an item depicted is an alcoholic beverage, the content may be removed.

Illegal drugs and illegal substances are prohibited.

Content depicting or promoting the use of illegal substances is not permitted.

9.8 Human Trafficking and Exploitation

Mødmig.com prohibits the use of the platform in any way that promotes, facilitates, supports, or assists:

  • Human trafficking;

  • Sex trafficking;

  • Forced labor;

  • Sexual exploitation;

  • Exploitation of vulnerable persons;

  • Modern slavery;

  • Coercion or exploitation of any person.

Mødmig.com maintains policies and procedures intended to prevent the platform from being used for human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, or modern slavery.

10. Prohibited User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or moderators;

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Create multiple or fraudulent accounts;

  • Attempt to obtain personal contact information from moderators or persons represented by fantasy profiles;

  • Attempt to arrange physical meetings with persons represented by fantasy profiles;

  • Circumvent or interfere with the platform's moderation systems;

  • Upload prohibited content;

  • Upload content containing another person without the required consent;

  • Upload content containing persons in the background;

  • Attempt to circumvent age or identity verification requirements;

  • Use the platform if your account has been suspended or banned;

  • Promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, or modern slavery.

11. Third-Party Links

Third-party links made available through Mødmig.com must not lead to content that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable requirements.

Mødmig.com will remove third-party links where the linked content is found to contain prohibited or violating content.

Third-party links offering content beyond Mødmig.com's control or monitoring capabilities must not be provided through the platform.

This includes, for example, links to external cam sites or other external services containing content that Mødmig.com cannot appropriately monitor or moderate.

12. Complaints Procedure

Mødmig.com maintains a complaints procedure for users, content providers, models, and other persons who wish to report content or raise a complaint concerning the platform.

Illegal or Non-Consensual Content

If illegal or non-consensual content is reported, Mødmig.com will take appropriate action and remove the reported content within 24 hours of the report, where the report concerns content that is confirmed or reasonably identified as illegal or non-consensual.

Other Complaints

All other complaints are handled in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving the complaint to the complainant's satisfaction whenever reasonably possible within 5 days.

Mødmig.com may request additional information where necessary to investigate a complaint properly.

13. Billing Terms

13.1 Payments

Some features of Mødmig.com require payment.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Mødmig.com does not store or directly control your full payment card details.

13.2 Payment Provider

Verotel/CardBilling is a payment and billing partner used by Mødmig.com for applicable transactions.

13.3 Pricing

Prices and the number of coins included in each purchase are displayed on Mødmig.com before the purchase is completed.

The applicable transaction amount is displayed to the user before confirmation of the purchase.

Mødmig.com does not charge recurring membership fees unless expressly stated otherwise before a transaction is completed.

Any promotional, introductory, or discounted offer will display the applicable price and terms before purchase.

Changes to pricing will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

13.4 Coins

Mødmig.com uses a virtual coin system.

Coins may be purchased and used for specific features within the platform, including communication.

Unless otherwise stated, 50 coins are charged for each message sent through the messaging service.

Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the Mødmig.com platform.

13.5 Recurring Payments

Mødmig.com does not require a recurring membership subscription.

Users purchase virtual coins as needed.

Accordingly, there are no recurring membership payments to cancel unless a separate recurring service is expressly introduced and its terms are clearly presented before purchase.

13.6 Billing Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing valid payment information;

  • Ensuring sufficient funds are available;

  • Any fees or charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

13.7 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Mødmig.com may:

  • Retry the transaction where permitted by the payment provider;

  • Restrict or suspend access to paid features;

  • Take other reasonable measures necessary to prevent fraudulent or unsuccessful transactions.

14. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the services, purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased digital service or virtual coins have been made available to the user, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

By purchasing digital services, you expressly request that the digital service be made available immediately.

Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that such right may be lost once the digital service has been fully performed or once you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the consequences of doing so.

Any refund approved by Mødmig.com will generally be issued using the original payment method.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Cancellation Policy

Mødmig.com does not require a recurring membership subscription.

Users purchase virtual coins as needed. There is therefore no recurring membership payment to cancel.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

Where a separate recurring service is introduced in the future, the applicable cancellation procedure and any recurring payment terms will be clearly disclosed before the user enters into the relevant agreement.

16. Responsibility for Website Content

BSJ MARKETING LTD is responsible for the content made available on Mødmig.com.

Mødmig.com does not transfer responsibility for website content to moderators, content providers, models, users, or other third parties.

Mødmig.com maintains moderation procedures and is responsible for ensuring that content made available through the platform complies with these Terms & Conditions and applicable requirements.

Users who submit content remain responsible for complying with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law when submitting that content.

17. Interactions with Other Users and Moderators

Users understand that conversations may involve Mødmig.com moderators communicating through fantasy profiles.

The platform does not guarantee that a person represented by a fantasy profile is a real individual personally communicating with the user, nor does it guarantee that such a person is available for contact or a physical meeting outside the platform.

Users should not provide sensitive personal information or attempt to arrange physical meetings based on interactions with fantasy profiles.

18. Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking

BSJ MARKETING LTD does not permit the use of Mødmig.com to promote, facilitate, or participate in human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation, modern slavery, or abuse.

Mødmig.com takes appropriate measures to identify and address content or activity that may violate these requirements.

19. Governing Law

21. Limitation of Liability
